Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your ARAF26 purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and fair return and exchange policy.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached.
- Please note that items marked as Sale or Discounted may not be eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange
Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service at customerservice@araf26.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Processing: Once we receive your return, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. For exchanges, we will ship the new item(s) as soon as we receive the returned goods.
Refunds
- Once your return is processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and the packaging. We will either offer a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item(s). We will ensure your exchange is processed as quickly as possible.
